1. How to use this website

This site is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to use the site for any illegal, fraudulent or harmful activities to Lilie par Dragone or its customers.

The content of this site (text, photos, logos, visuals, etc.) is the exclusive property of Lilie par Dragone and may not be used, reproduced or distributed without our written permission.

2. Products and availability

All products shown on the site are subject to availability. Although we strive to maintain the accuracy of descriptions, prices and images, variations may occur, particularly for dresses made to order or according to changing collections.

We reserve the right to :

• Modify or remove a product from the site without notice

• Adjust prices at any time

• Limit quantities available

3. Orders and payments

Orders placed in the store are considered final.

For wedding dresses and other made-to-order outfits, an 80% deposit is required at the time of order. The balance is payable upon receipt of the dress.

Deposits are non-refundable.

All in-store prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Taxes are in addition to the amounts indicated in the boutique.

Means of payment accepted: credit card and debit card (we prefer to avoid cash payments).

4. Cancellation and refund policy

All purchases are final sales. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for dresses or accessories purchased in the boutique or on order.
Any cancellation of an appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

5. Fittings and appointments

Our fittings are by appointment only, to guarantee an intimate and personalized experience. Each appointment includes access to our private fitting room, the accompaniment of a consultant and the possibility of trying on several models according to your needs.

We reserve the right to refuse an appointment or service in the event of disrespectful, discriminatory or inappropriate behavior.

6. Touch-ups and adjustments

Alteration services are provided separately by a professional seamstress recommended by Lilie par Dragone or by the seamstress of the customer’s choice, at the customer’s discretion.

Alteration times and costs vary according to the complexity of the adjustments. We cannot be held responsible for alterations made outside the boutique.

7. Delivery

We do not currently offer delivery.

8. Intellectual property

All content on our website, including text, photographs, visuals and design, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use these elements without prior authorization.

9. Limitation of liability

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information on our site, but cannot guarantee that it is completely error-free. Lilie par Dragone cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage linked to the use of the site or the purchase of its products.

10. Changes to the terms and conditions

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. The conditions in effect at the time of your visit or purchase apply.
