At Lilie par Dragone, every dress and accessory is chosen with care and attention to meet your expectations and make your experience a memorable one. Since the majority of our pieces are ordered especially for you, we have a clear, transparent policy that respects the unique nature of our products.
Clothing (wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses, mother-of-the-bride dresses, evening gowns)
All dress purchases – whether in-store or made-to-order – are final sales.
This means that :
No returns or exchanges are accepted after purchase, regardless of whether the dress has been worn or not.
Dresses are often ordered in your specific size, sometimes adjusted to your measurements, or come from collections in limited quantities.
That’s why we accompany you through the fitting process with professionalism and kindness, so that your choice is well-considered and confident.
Accessories (veils, jewelry, belts, etc.)
All accessories purchased in store or online are also final sales.
For reasons of hygiene, handling and limited inventory, no returns or exchanges are permitted.
Defective products or ordering error
In the event that a product has a manufacturing defect or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

Your full name
A description of the problem
Clear photos of the product in question
We will carefully assess each situation and offer you an appropriate solution (repair, exchange or credit note).
Fitting and adjustments
An in-store fitting validates your choice before any commitment is made. Once the dress has been ordered, any alterations are the responsibility of the customer and are carried out by our partner dressmaker or the person of your choice.
Alterations are not included in the price of the dress. No alterations made to the dress by a third party may be returned or adjusted by us.
